Quin Woodward Pu is a memoirist, communications consultant, and a connaisseusse of all things social. She currently lives in Washington, DC, where she is a social media and public relations pundit.
Quin received a Bachelors in English from Vanderbilt University in 2009. While at Vanderbilt, she pursued core studies in the sciences with an intent to attend medical school. Her last minute decision to not attend Johns Hopkins Med and instead become a freelance writer is documented in her breakout memoir, Type A+.
Quin serves on the boards of multiple charities, and attending social functions to raise awareness for various causes is how she spends her leisure time. She has served on the Executive and Host Committees for the Capital City Ball since 2009, in addition to American Heart Association’s young professionals group PULSE and its annual fundraiser Paint the Town Red, Power of the Purse; and many other non-profit organizations.
